There is no negative reference to NRG Research Group in the postings and, indeed, almost no reference at all to NRG other than the fact that Mr. Moore was an employee of NRG at the time of posting.
If you can provide information as to when Mr. Moore discontinued his employment with NRG, I will amend the posts in question to indicate he was a past employee.
Even if Mr. Moore is not presently associated with NRG, I will not be deleting the references to Mr. Moore's association with NRG. The post titles indicate Mr. Moore's status, and have nothing to do with NRG per se.
If NRG is displeased with its past association with Mr. Moore and the fact of his conducting a sexual relationship with a subordinate, this is not an issue to do with me or my blog but your company's own employment standards.
I reserve the right to post this or any future correspondence between us.
